About the role:

As Sales Operations (Salesforce Administrator) at Provar, you’ll play an important role supporting the Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams and their needs on the Salesforce platform. You will assist the Head of Sales & Marketing Operations in managing Salesforce access, owning data quality, reporting, analysis and ad hoc requests. You will help to manage administrative Salesforce tasks such as helping identify error resolutions and internal user needs (i.e user training and setups, identifying permissions + profiles, password resets, etc) with ease. You’ll help to build out regular reporting and dashboards for Provar’s global teams and work with your leader to identify trends and needs to make operational processes more efficient.

What you’ll do:

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing access to our Salesforce platform including provisioning new users, troubleshooting access issues and monitoring license usage
  • Owning data quality including monitoring duplicates, managing duplicate rules and educating users on Salesforce best practices around data entry
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for improving the efficiency and quality of the Provar Salesforce Org and its documentation
  • Managing Provar’s sandbox allocation and usage
  • Helping to build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce
  • Answering Salesforce questions from internal users
  • Documenting user feature requests and feedback
  • Supporting the development, testing and deployment of Salesforce improvements from the backlog
  • Data cleanup and management as needed

About you:

You’ll have:

  • 3+ years Salesforce experience
  • Salesforce Admin Certificate
  • Demonstrable track record on Salesforce Trailhead
  • Reporting and data entry experience
  • Experience running and maintaining reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Experience with Salesforce data loading using Import Wizard or Data Loader

It may be advantageous to also have:

  • Prior sales operations experience
  • Prior Salesforce deployment tool experience
  • Awareness of Pardot marketing automation
