Purpose of the role:
As a Business Development Representative at Provar, you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our Sales Team. Living at the intersection of Sales and Marketing, you’ll ensure smooth processes linking these two important business functions. You’ll primarily manage inbound requests for information whilst also hunting for opportunities within our target prospect accounts. You’ll work closely with our Sales team to ensure seamless 'lead' to 'opportunity' handoffs and proper outbound qualification. You’ll also work very closely with our Marketing team to drive lead nurturing programs via marketing automation and to provide valuable frontline prospect information to guide content marketing efforts.
Day-to-day responsibilities & accountabilities: You’ll be responsible for:
● Making outbound contact with prospective clients over phone, by email and through social media
● Documenting prospect interactions in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management
● Quickly learning the technical aspects of our product, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and questions
● Proactively managing schedule, pipeline and campaigns in order to meet milestones and objectives
● Developing relationships with prospects based on consultative selling techniques
● Developing and executing on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email/call scripts and audience segmentation and targeting
● Scheduling meetings between prospects and Provar sales team members
● Meeting or exceeding quota through qualification
● Participation in webinars and events to facilitate 1:1 communication

● Experience of working with a client database, list, or other applicable examples

● Prior Salesforce experience and/or training
● Experience of public speaking, presenting or giving training
● Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Danish, Dutch, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Swedish and Japanese
